Dalia Naeem, a 29-year-old actress and TV host from Baghdad, has undergone 43 cosmetic procedures in an effort to resemble a Barbie doll. Reportedly spending thousands on her transformation, she has gained attention for her golden hair and striking features, with some dubbing her the “Iraqi Barbie.”

However, not all feedback has been positive. In a recent video revealing her new look, some viewers labeled her as “Zombie” and “Devil Barbie.” Despite the criticism, Dalia has amassed a large following on social media, with over 996,000 followers on Instagram and 43,900 on TikTok.

In the video, her makeup artist praises her appearance, calling her “beautiful” and remarking on her resemblance to Barbie. Dalia, who features a prominent mouth and small nose, replies, “Your makeup is Barbie.”

Speculation surrounds her numerous surgeries, with lip fillers and breast augmentations thought to be part of her transformation.

Before her dramatic changes, Dalia was already a recognized figure in Iraq, residing in the Adhamiyah neighborhood of Baghdad.
