Matthew McConaughey’s son has grown up, and everyone says he’ll be an even bigger heartthrob than his dad: He’s the spitting image of his mom, but when you look at young Matthew—it’s unbelievable how much he resembles him too!

Matthew McConaughey sported laid-back cream pants and a light blue linen shirt, while his 16-year-old son, Levi, opted for a very urban, cool look—loose-fitting jeans, a black t-shirt, a red plaid shirt, and burgundy Dr. Martens boots.

Levi’s appearance is striking, with his thick, curly hair, reminding people of both his father and his mother. He seems to have inherited the best features from both parents, making him a perfect blend of Matthew and his wife, Camila Alves.

Although Levi is still in his teenage years and will undoubtedly change as he grows older, it’s already clear that he’s developing into a handsome young man. This comes as no surprise—Matthew was considered one of Hollywood’s biggest heartthrobs in his youth, and you might realize just how much father and son resemble each other when you look at pictures of Matthew from the early days of his career.

Levi has also clearly inherited his father’s interests. While it’s not known what role he plays in the aforementioned action-comedy Way of the Warrior Kid, his presence on set suggests that he is taking his first steps into the world of cinema.

Matthew and Camila have been together for nearly two decades, since 2006, though they didn’t tie the knot until 2012. In addition to Levi, they have a 14-year-old daughter, Vida, and an 11-year-old son, Livingston. While their children were younger, the couple kept their privacy well-guarded, and hardly anyone knew what they looked like. But now that the kids are older, they are appearing more frequently in public, and many say the McConaugheys are “the most beautiful family in Hollywood.”

The famous couple is very dedicated to parenting, and Matthew’s words about raising his children perhaps best reflect this dedication.

“One of the best lessons I can give my kids, as a father, is to show them how I love their mother. When you’re cooking in the kitchen, how you treat each other, the way you argue, how you show affection—all those little claps, words of encouragement, ‘hurry up,’ ‘I love you, baby’ moments… Those are all really great lessons for our kids, whether they acknowledge they’ve seen it or not. You haven’t given them advice, but you’ve shown them, and they’ll follow that behavior,” Matthew said last year.
